Editorial Policy
This page explains how CryptoNews.pk sources, produces and corrects our content. We publish this policy openly so readers, partners and platforms can understand our editorial standards.
Sourcing and verification
We aim to verify news before publishing it. As a general rule, we require either a minimum of two independent sources, or one official source such as a regulator, exchange, project team or law enforcement statement, before reporting something as fact. Where information is unverified or still developing, we say so clearly in the article.
Use of AI
Some articles on CryptoNews.pk are compiled with the help of AI tools, for example to summarise sources or assist with translation between English and Urdu. Every AI-assisted article is reviewed by a member of our editorial team before it is published. This article was compiled with AI assistance and reviewed by our editorial team before publication.
Corrections policy
We correct errors promptly when they are identified. Significant corrections are noted at the bottom of the affected article, along with the date of the correction. If you believe we have published something inaccurate, please contact us at admin@cryptonews.pk.
Scam alert methodology
Our scam alert coverage is based on verified complaints reported through official channels, such as Pakistan's Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) or PVARA. Where we have not been able to independently confirm a claim with an official body, we describe it carefully, for example as "multiple users report", rather than stating it as established fact.
Independence and sponsored content
Our news coverage is editorially independent. Advertisers and sponsors have no influence over our reporting or opinions. Any sponsored content, paid partnership or affiliate relationship is clearly labelled as such, in line with our financial disclaimer.
